Paul Lees Paul Lees, BA (Hons) FCIH, Group Chief Executive

Paul graduated from Newcastle University in 1978 and has held several management positions in the local authority and housing association sector. He has worked at Wigan MBC, Liverpool Housing Trust, Sefton MBC, Family HA (M'cr) and County Palatine. He became County Palatine's Chief Executive in 1996 and led the business as it doubled in size within six years. He was appointed Group Chief Executive of the Adactus Housing Group in 2002.

Hilary Roberts Hilary Roberts, BSc (Hons) MCIH, Deputy Chief Executive and Group Director of Development

Hilary is responsible for the Group's Development and Regeneration Departments, heading up a £40M development programme. Hilary became County Palatine's Director of Development in 1994 and took on the Group Directorship in 2002. In 2006 Hilary was promoted to the post of Deputy Chief Executive. Hilary previously worked for The Housing Corporation and Cheshire Borough Council.

Cris McGuinness Cris McGuinness, BSc(Hons) ACA, Group Director of Finance

Cris started her career at KPMG in Liverpool and London. Once qualified, Cris worked for South Liverpool Housing as Assistant Director of Finance. Cris then worked as a specialist housing finance consultant working on a variety of projects including stock transfer. Cris joined Adactus in March 2006.

Annabelle Robinson Annabelle Robinson, BA (Hons) PG Dip MCIH, Group Director of Housing Management

Annabelle was appointed Group Director in 2002. She had previously joined County Palatine from Grosvenor Housing Association in 1996, becoming the Association's Director of Housing Management in 1999.

Brian Moran Brian Moran, BA (Hons) PG Dip, Group Director of Corporate Services / Company Secretary

Brian is responsible for the Group's corporate services which include IT, marketing, HR, business analysis, resident involvement and regulatory work. Brian began his career as a Research Assistant at Oldham council in 1995 before joining an LSVT housing association in a similar role in 1997. He joined County Palatine in 2000 to project manage reviews of service aimed at improving the business and worked for Adactus, managing its central services, since its formation in 2002. He was promoted to Director of Corporate Services in 2006.
