How Could We Improve The Way We Do Repairs?

This is the service that just about all our tenants make useofat some time and have an opinion on how it could be better. But its easy to say "we want a better service". What is a better service? There are different views of exactly what a better service is. What needs improving most? What are the best methods of delivering the repairs service? How much should it cost?

We have already completed an initial survey of residents. This has helped us get an idea of how you understand and view the existing repairs service andhelped us getinitial ideas about the kind of improvements that could be made.
