| Reduce, Reuse and Recycle

Cornwall is a stunningly beautiful place, and our half a million residents welcome over five and half million visitors a year. Over 80% of those say their main reason for coming is the quality of the natural environment…and combined with its value to the community as a fabulous local asset, it’s a no-brainer that we have to look after this.

Yet every August we throw away and landfill over 40% more rubbish in Cornwall than we do in December. There is no doubt that going on holiday creates waste where we go – so we need to find ways of reducing, reusing and recycling that rubbish. Three tips to take with you on holiday:
